Garlic Butter New Zealand Grass-Fed Beef Sirloin Foil Packets

Pre-heat grill to high heat. Prep all ingredients. In a large bowl, season beef sirloin pieces with a drizzle of avocado oil, sea salt and pepper. Place in foil packets with chopped potatoes and carrots. Mix everything with a little sea salt, pepper, garlic powder and drizzle with avocado oil. Place sealed packets on the hot grill for 15 minutes or until beef sirloin has cooked through. To make the garlic butter sauce, mix 3 tbsp butter with chopped garlic. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds until butter has melted. Stir to combine. Pour a little sauce over the cooked meat and vegetables. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
