Two super easy and popular Christmas candy recipes perfect for gifting to friends and family. This post includes instructions for making Rollo/Hershey Kiss Pretzels and Peanut Butter Ritz Crackers dipped in chocolate.
For the Rollo/Hershey Kiss Pretzels:
1) Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.
2) On a large baking sheet, place your pretzels. Add a Rollo or Hershey Kiss on top of each pretzel.
3) Place in the oven to slightly melt for 3 minutes.
4) Remove from the oven & put an M&M on top, lightly pressing down on the Rollo & Kiss.
5) Place in the fridge to harden!
For the Peanut Butter Ritz Crackers:
1) Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
2) Sandwich your Ritz crackers with peanut butter in the middle (less runny PB is best).
3) Melt semi-sweet chocolate (or white or dark chocolate) with 1 tbsp coconut oil.
4) Dip each peanut butter sandwich into the melted chocolate and place on the prepared baking sheet.
5) Top with sprinkles.
6) Place in the fridge to harden!
Once hardened, remove them from the fridge and package them up in baggies to gift.
