Instructions

Mix together the chopped strawberries, vanilla yogurt, and honey. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper to form clusters and place them in the freezer for a couple of hours until solid. In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate to completely coat it. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt immediately. Store the finished clusters in the freezer. For best enjoyment, let them sit out for 2-3 minutes before biting into them.
