Chicken Fajita Lettuce Wraps with Homemade Fajita Seasoning

For the chicken, cut the tenders in half. In a small bowl, combine cayenne pepper, chili powder, cumin, garlic and onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make your fajita seasoning. Sauté the chicken in a little avocado oil and coat it in the homemade fajita seasoning mixture. Separately, sauté sliced bell pepper and onion until tender. Top the seasoned chicken, sautéed bell pepper, and onion onto butter lettuce leaves. Serve with guacamole on the side.
